We are on a steep growth curve and are looking for a Finance Associate who will be at the forefront of financial operations, playing a pivotal role in shaping our collections and payables management processes. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic treasury team within a rapidly growing PropTech startup, where your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and success of our financial operations.

Your Responsibilities

Collections and Payables Management:
- Handle collections and payables from both tenants and landlords.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
- Support collection activities to ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Invoices management granted the issue on time and within the credit terms.
- Process the payment run and maintain the accuracy of payment details.

Operational Agility in Finance:
- Navigate the startup environment by efficiently managing manual financial processes.
- Utilize a hands-on approach to address challenges and streamline collection procedures.

Excel Proficiency:
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Excel to analyze financial data, create reports, and assist in decision-making processes.

Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with the team to enhance existing processes and contribute to the creation of a robust collections structure.
- Propose and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial transactions.
Your Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
- 1-3 years of AP/AR/ TREASURY experience.
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
- Adaptability and Independence: Showcase a fast-learning attitude, independence, and adaptability to the dynamic nature of the startup environment.
- Detail-Oriented and Organized: Ability to pay meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of collections and payables management while maintaining organized records and documentation to facilitate easy tracking and reporting.
- Pressure Handling and Role Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and effectively manage tasks under pressure, taking ownership of responsibilities to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Display a willingness to go beyond the defined role when necessary to support team goals and objectives.
