What you will do:

As Specialist Finance at Wayfair Bangalore TDC,youwill be responsible for accounting, payments, expense reimbursements, and month-end reporting. Key responsibilities include:

  • Accounting and processing of day-to-day vendor invoices. Ensuring all invoices are in compliance with tax, accounting and audit requirements.
  • Preparing files for weekly payment batches of vendor invoices, statutory and other payments.
  • Preparing creditors reconciliation, ensuring compliance with contractual/PO payment terms.
  • Preparing bank reconciliation statements on a weekly basis.
  • Processing of expense reimbursement claims of employees. Ensuring compliance with respective policies.
  • Taking care of vendor onboarding in Finance systems, including review of documentation.
  • Supporting procurement process with PO creation and issuance to the vendors.
  • Adhering to SLAs set internally for payments, expense reimbursements, accounting etc.
  • Filing, archiving documents of accounts payables and related documents per statutory norms.
  • Preparing and supplying information as requested by the auditors (internal audit, statutory audit, tax audit etc.)

 

We are a Match because:

Commerce graduate/MBA/CA Intermediate with work experience of 2-3 years Corporate Finance/Accounting/Controllers function of a company or in mid-size CA firms.

  • Working knowledge of GST, TDS provisions
  • Good MS Excel skills
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and good interpersonal skills
  • Experience using SAP preferred.
