YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As the Finance Intern at Voi you will collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure the organisation's financial records are accurate and in accordance with the relevant accounting standards. This will include: 

• Supporting the accounts payable process and ensuring that the coding of invoices is accurate for all dimensions
• Obtaining approval from different business units on tight deadlines
• Reviewing employee expenses (credit cards and out-of-pocket expenses) and ensuring appropriate documentation (e.g. receipts) and coding is provided
• Maintaining Vendor Master data in the ERP system
• Supporting with balance sheet reconciliations related to accounts payable
• Participating in implementing efficient and compliant processes and effective controls
• Supporting in the external audit and monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting and processes

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We are looking for an ambitious, business minded and analytical student looking to build a career in finance. In addition to being fluent in English, independent, collaborative and curious, we believe the right person has:

• 1-2 years remaining on a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Economics or equivalent
• Proficiency in Spanish or German
