Finance Manager (Consultant) - Peru The Challenge

This is an excellent opportunity to join our ever-growing team in our largest market in LATAM. The Finance Manager will have the responsibility of managing the finance and accounting function of our operations in Perú. This role will be formally reporting to the Finance HEAD LATAM.

A Flavour of what you will be doing
  • Performing general accounting functions including but not limited to, ensuring that financial records are accurately maintained and reconciled, and all required regulatory reporting requirements honoured.
  • Responsible for month-end accounting procedures and reconciliations of financial data flows.
  • Preparing monthly management accounts for presentation to key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring efficient territorial tax planning and business compliance with local tax, regulations and internal Group policies.
  • Working closely with the central and regional commercial, operational and finance teams.
  • Handling relationships with vendors, banks, and other financial institutions.
  • Preparing cash flow forecasts and efficiently managing the finances and working capital for the territory.
  • Analysing actual performance compared to business plans and set annual budgets.
  • Managing the process of financial statements preparation and submission including the coordination of statutory audits.
  • Liaising with the central finance team in Malta and the regional finance teams, ensuring ongoing communication.

Internal stakeholders

Central and regional finance teams, commercial team, operations team and legal and compliance team.

External stakeholders

Auditors, banks and other financial institutions, vendors, and other third party providers.

You’re good at:
  • Possess an accounting qualification and have solid accounting knowledge.
  • Finance process E2E understanding
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Integrity and professional ethics.
  • A fast learner with an exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment while managing priorities and ensuring completeness and accuracy of all deliverables.
