📣  A bit about the role.  

We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our squad at an exciting time in our hyper-growth journey, with further international expansion on the horizon. This role would suit a proactive candidate who is ready to step up in their career, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and eager to be part of a business where they can have a tangible positive impact.

This individual role (without direct reports) will be working within the plant leadership team and will be responsible for all key controlling and reporting activities, with a focus on cost efficiency and control environment that allows us to scale sustainably.

This role will report to our Head of Finance EU but it will work closely with a wider range of stakeholders across the business.

In this role, you can expect to…

• Gain a deep and thorough understanding of the business and operations processes becoming a Business Partner to other Teams in the Company and within the Capital Group;
• Prepare and analyse weekly and periodic finance reports and KPIs in accordance with the Group standards and templates;
• Propose cost efficiency initiatives and participate in making them go live;
• Play a vital role in the annual budgeting as well as periodic forecasting processes, including ongoing analysis of variances vs the budget and supporting the budget owners with optimisation processes;
• Execute data collection as well as data completeness and integrity checks to support the period close process; 
• Support the Plant Director and other Teams with additional calculations, reconciliations or ad-hoc analyses in accordance with the current needs on a daily basis;
• Cooperate with other Teams within the Company as well as the Capital Group with the UK-based Operations Team in particular.

👋  A bit about you. 

• Loves dogs (naturally)
• Has at least 5 years of experience in Finance, including at least 3 years as a Finance Controller / Manager in a manufacturing company;
• Has a deep practical knowledge of Excel (Google Sheets as a nice to have);
• Has a very good knowledge of English and fluency in Polish;
• Experience in working with the SAP B1 financial and accounting system is welcome.
• Is well organised and works independently;
• Has an analytical mindset with an ability to draw relevant conclusions;
• Is growth-oriented and able to propose flexible solutions well adapted to changing environment;
• Is able to challenge other team members to improve processes and increase cost effectiveness of the Company;
