📋 Your Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain financial records including processing of invoices and payments, recording accruals and prepayments, and reconciling balances, whilst keeping in mind actual costs vs budget (through purchase order system or otherwise)  
• Assist in the annual budget process for operating expenditure, and maintain these through updates where relevant to ensure realistic forecasts are in place  
• Update journals and uploading/posting in Microsoft Business Central  
• Assisting in day-to-day tasks relating to vendor payouts, and queries in this regard   
• Assist in analysis as required from time to time  
• Liaise with auditors as part of the audit process, as well as assist in the preparation of financial statements  
• Assist in other Finance related tasks (if applicable)  

💼 Your Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Fluent in English, with ongoing pursuit of an accounting qualification (ACCA or equivalent).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Business Central is advantageous.
• Familiarity with finance processes and systems enhancements.
• Proficient grasp of accounting terminology
• Capable of thriving in a dynamic environment, effectively managing priorities, and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all deliverables
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, adeptly identifying and communicating solutions to challenges, while maintaining a steadfast focus on business priorities and displaying persistence in follow-through
• Possesses analytical skills and a collaborative teamwork mindset
