Betsson Group is seeking a proactive Finance Supervisor to join the Finance Business Development team. This role will focus on overseeing financial compliance, reporting, and process improvements for our LATAM operations, and support the integration of new businesses into the existing finance structure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with Betsson’s financial policies and LATAM-specific regulations.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, compliance, and commercial teams to meet regulatory standards.
• Manage tax matters in collaboration with global tax specialists, including VAT, gaming taxes, and corporate tax.

2. Project Coordination & Integration

• Support the integration of new LATAM businesses into Betsson’s finance processes.
• Assist in project planning and the establishment of financial frameworks for new ventures.
• Align LATAM financial reporting with Group standards and ensure deadlines are met.

3. Collaboration

• Act as a liaison between regional finance teams and the Business Development team to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Work with country-level finance teams and external parties to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Build relationships with financial institutions, legal advisors, and tax consultants in the LATAM region to support business growth.

4. Process Improvement

• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracy.
• Support the adoption of financial tools and best practices across LATAM to enhance operational efficiency.

Ideal Candidate:

• Finance Qualifications: ACCA or equivalent accounting qualification with a strong finance background.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in financial reporting, controlling, or similar roles.
• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools; strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (both verbal and written); Portuguese is a plus.
• Experience in iGaming (preferred) and understanding of LATAM financial regulations.
• Proactive and Independent: Self-driven, with the ability to support strategic growth initiatives and process improvement.
