Join our Finance, Strategy, & Legal team and use your subject-matter expertise to investigate problems, define solutions, and guide decisions as Personio’s co-pilots.We are seeking a highly motivated Finance System Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in evolving our finance system landscape and processes and thus contribute directly to Personio’s growth journey.Role Responsibilities: What you'll do- Company-wide projects: Coordinate and contribute to company-wide projects and initiatives by bridging the gap between go-to-market, product and finance teams
- Payment provider coordination: Play a crucial role in developing Personio’s payment functionalities to accommodate worldwide customers
- Central point of contact: Act as a point of contact for other departments regarding our subscription, billing and payment systems
- Fraud prevention: Constantly improve our fraud prevention guardrails and define resolution measures
- Business process management: Actively contribute to the internal documentation and improvement of business processes
- Quality & governance: Continuously improve quality assurance and contribute to internal data governance guidelines.
- Continuous improvement: Constantly advise stakeholders in order to drive further improvements and automation in the field of subscription management
- You have gained at least 2 years experience in a comparable field (finance systems, finance operations, business systems or similar positions)
- You hold a degree in business administration, business information systems, computer science or similar
- You have experience with subscriptions management and / or billing systems like Chargebee, SuiteBilling, Zuora or similar
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with external stakeholders and stakeholders across the company.
- You have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for building from scratch and driving continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English, with knowledge of German being a plus.
- The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-growing (and fun!) environment.
