ABOUT THE ROLE

The Finance Analyst is responsible for all areas relating to financial planning, analysis and reporting for the EMEA Region. This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of finance activities including grant reporting to clients, budgeting and forecasting. 

The Finance Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to streamline financial processes and improve the accuracy of reporting.  

The position will also have contact with regional leadership & company partners, which requires strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal. This role reports to the Finance Director, based in India, with a dotted line to the UK Head of Office. 

This role is offered at the Associate tier with a salary range of £31,350 - £41,800, as a Full-Time Indefinite term role. We are open to candidates based in and around London. We operate as a hybrid office with in-office work and events a few times a week, as needed. 

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Budgeting, reporting, forecasting & data analysis 
  • Analyse and update monthly revenue pipeline
  • Gather financial data, prepare reports tailored to client specific requirements & provide variance analysis
  • Annual budgeting in partnership across offices & departments
  • Support local leadership on key financial matters 
  • Coordinate with global finance team on monthly reporting 
  • Ad-hoc reporting and special projects for senior management

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-4 years of experience in finance role, ideally within a client services, consulting or not-for-profit organisation 
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting with relevant work experience in budgeting, forecasting, revenue reconciliation & client reporting 
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information as required
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and ability to meet timelines
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams across geographies
  • Experience with Salesforce will be an advantage
