As Doctolib evolves fast, the Consolidation & Reporting team is looking for a financial controller, under the responsibility of this team’s manager. This position is a real pivot in the Finance team, working closely with both the FP&A and the Consolidation team. You will be part of a wider team monitoring a large scope of corporate functions including consolidation, financial control, accounting standards, tax & treasury. You will become referent on group reporting. We will also encourage the extension of your competencies to financial communication and consolidation.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Elaborate the Group Reporting for monthly closing and analyze monthly cash flow, closely with other Finance teams
• Contribute to the Financial Planning Process, in close collaboration with the network of FP&A business partners: Budget, Quarterly reforecast…
• Develop insightful presentations that summarize data and facilitate decision-making for Top management and stakeholders (Executive Committee, Board of Directors….)
• Play a key role on the group reporting tool, ensuring consistency and improvement of master data
• Contribute to the URD and get involved in legal audit
• Identify gaps and recommend gap closing options
• Facilitate the roll-out of corporate guidelines, KPI definitions and planning assumptions
• Identify & implement continued process improvements to drive simplification and automation in the Finance processes

You could be our next team mate if you: 

• Have a Master Degree in Finance, from business school or university
• Have 5 years of experience, with a track record in audit and/or in Financial Control at Group level
• Have a strong interest in financial reporting and systems
• Have strong analytical skills with a business-oriented profile, problem solving skills accuracy and attention to detail required
• Have good oral and written communication skills
• Have good knowledge in accounting (French GAAP and IFRS Standards) and finance principles
• Are a team player, demonstrate agility, engagement and integrity
• Speak French and English fluently
• Have excellent command of GSuite (or Excel/PowerPoint)
