What You'll Do:

  • Help Drive Oracle and Financial System Upgrades: Support Oracle Cloud ERP, ePBCS, and FCCS upgrades, including comprehensive documentation, meticulous testing, and engaging training sessions for users.
  • Optimize System Performance and Support: Efficiently manage financial system helpdesk tickets, prioritize and escalate critical issues, and ensure optimal system performance and availability.
  • Resolve Incidents and Prevent Recurrence: Proactively troubleshoot incidents and outages, conduct thorough root cause analysis, and implement robust preventative measures to minimize disruptions.
  • Integrate and Support Third-Party Applications: Support and maintain seamless integration with third-party financial applications that connect with Oracle financial systems.
  • Gather and Translate Business Requirements: Analyze and document detailed business requirements for financial systems, translating them into clear and actionable technical specifications.
  • Propose Innovative System Solutions: Take initiative to identify, evaluate, and propose innovative solutions for system enhancements and improvements, driving efficiency and automation.
  • Implement New Systems and Modules: Actively assist with the implementation of new financial systems or modules, collaborating closely with project teams to ensure successful deployments.
  • Collaborate with External Partners: Work closely with external consultants to ensure successful project delivery, knowledge transfer, and adherence to best practices.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain operational excellence by documenting processes, ensuring adherence to procedures, and establishing robust system controls.
  • Communicate Effectively: Regularly communicate with internal customers and senior management on project status, risks, and issues, providing clear and concise updates.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to the development of best practices and drive continuous system improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 4-6 years of Oracle Fusion ERP experience, with 6-8 years of total Oracle experience.
  • Understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Experience with Oracle Role/Security Management.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Database Tables and Integration.
  • Proficiency with Oracle tools such as FBDI and ADFDI.
  • Knowledge of Finance Reports (FRS and BI).
  • Familiarity with Cloud Modules like I2P, R2R, and I2C.
  • Understanding of B2B and B2C Business Flows.
  • Oracle System certifications preferred.
  • Experience working in a global company.
  • Knowledge of SOX control management.
  • Helpdesk support experience with ticketing systems.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
