YOUR MISSION

As a Fleet Partner Account Manager in the Operations Team, you will be managing outsourcing companies, negotiating win-win solutions, building long-term relationships for the company, taking care of our partners, auditing, onboarding, and making sure that our partners have best-class experience.

THE JOURNEY

  • Build long-term effective relationships with our strategic key fleet partners in order to reassure excellent execution and best-class experience for our providers
  • Reassure constant improvement of the key metrics and performance of fleet partners with whom we are cooperating
  • Act as a mentor, coordinate, analyze and provide onboarding sessions, re-training sessions for the stuff of our fleet partners in order to reassure high level of knowledge and the highest quality outcome possible
  • Lead and coordinate dedicated marketing campaigns for our platform along with dedicated events
  • Reassure proper execution on the fleet partner side of our requirements by constant looking for improvement areas, development areas
  • Verification, and constant improvement of courier operations processes
  • Constantly raising the bar in order to improve Operations in Poland
  • Negotiating and Building long-term relationships with outsourcing companies
  • Be in charge of Couriers fleet organization 
  • Responsible for recruitment, training, and onboarding of Fleet Partners
  • Preparation of onboarding materials, playbooks
  • Be responsible for Glovers contracts and documentation 
  • Support Fleet Partners with possible queries and FAQs
  • Analyze fleet's progress and develop reports to track and create improvements 
  • Support Operations Manager with fleets reports and metrics about the operations

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • 2-3+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer service or vendor management
  • Great people and leadership skills
  • Creativeness, proactiveness, and willingness to improve metrics by looking at short-term and long-term solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results, never missing deadlines
  • Ability to concentrate and deliver value in an ambiguous environment
  • Negotiations and communication skills on a high level
  • Excel & Google Sheets proficient knowledge is a must
  • SQL knowledge nice to have
  • Vendor Management or previous experience in managing outsourcing companies would be an advantage
