Xometry is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst, Revenue to enhance revenue and cost forecasting models. Reporting to the VP, Strategic Finance & FP&A, you'll oversee business metric tracking, advise senior leaders, and become a revenue expert. Ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced startup-like environment, you'll work with a collaborative team, driving strategic analysis across product lines and geographies.

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate company forecasts, track cost centers, assist in planning, and enhance reporting for critical financial metrics
  • Oversee margin across the P&L, conduct monthly business vs actual reviews, and support investor relations activities
  • Drive automation and process improvement in financial processes
  • Analyze financial results, identify trends, variances, and provide insights to senior leadership
  • Partner with department leaders to guide investment decisions and operational efficiencies
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis for business decisions and contract negotiations
  • Recommend new productivity or cost-saving initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of FP&A experience in high-growth companies
  • Public company experience highly preferred
  • Proven scaling of planning, forecasting, and reporting in growth-oriented environments
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on tight deadlines
  • Experience with SQL required
  • Dynamic, self-demanding, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
