Core Responsibilities:
- Manage the short- and long-term financial planning process for the Product teams, challenging assumptions and ensuring business drivers are clearly understood and highlighted.
- Provide data to help the executive team make data-driven decisions regarding business operations.
- Report and analyze monthly business results (revenue, expenses and headcount) and communicate important takeaways to senior stakeholders, including identifying business opportunities and risks.
- Synthesize data and information to create complex financial forecasting models for our various revenue generating products.
- Develop dashboards to track and report on KPIs, drawing insights and highlighting key takeaways.
- Proactively surface strategic insights and critical information to business partners, providing recommendations or options where relevant.
- Regularly partner with Product leadership to create analyses that facilitate clear and timely decision making.
- Drive and effectively manage ad hoc projects and investigation as required.
- Collaborate with other functional areas to drive processes forward and increase efficiency.
- 4 to 10 years professional work experience with a focus in growth and scale up finance.
- Advanced Excel, Google Suite and financial modeling experience
- Ownership mentality and demonstrated ability to autonomously drive projects to completion.
- Ability to think strategically while managing with a sense of urgency through ambiguities.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Need to be able to explain complex processes or models in a concise, consumable format.
- High attention to detail with an ability to multitask in a high growth environment.
- An attitude to challenge the status quo with a desire to consistently raise the bar.
- Consistent track record of successes and career progression.
- B.S. or B.A. in accounting, finance, math, economics, business, engineering or other technical fields.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role based in the US at TFH ranges from $117k - $140k, plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
