THE ROLE Join the Go-to-Market Finance team as a Finance Manager and be the strategic financial engine for our high-impact Marketing organization. You will develop and own key ROI and performance models (CAC/LTV) that directly influence millions in investment decisions, collaborating closely with Marketing, Accounting, and Corporate Finance. This role is perfect for an analytically strong and tech-savvy individual who wants to drive smarter, more scalable processes through data, automation, and powerful storytelling.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Act as the primary financial partner to the Marketing Operations and Product Marketing teams, translating spend analysis and ROI insights into clear financial guidance for major investment decisions.
- Own the development and maintenance of core financial models, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) / Lifetime Value (LTV) and Pipeline-to-Bookings, ensuring strategic alignment and accuracy for leadership.
- Drive scalable efficiency by leading the automation of manual tasks using tools like SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau, and integrating emerging AI technologies (e.g., GPT-based solutions) to streamline financial workflows.
- Translate complex financial data into actionable business insights by preparing clear dashboards and reports, supporting the month-end close process, and delivering variance analysis to Marketing and Finance leadership.
- Lead strategic ad hoc analysis and process improvement initiatives across the Marketing and Go-to-Market teams, enhancing operational efficiency through template development and cross-functional project leadership.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Expertise in financial planning and business analytics, with a proven ability to evaluate investments through ROI modeling and performance measurement, preferably in a tech or global company environment.
- Advanced technical proficiency demonstrated by strong financial modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets) and hands-on experience with data querying and visualization tools such as SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau.
- A passion for automation and efficiency, shown by experience using or building workflow enhancements, potentially leveraging emerging AI/ML technologies to streamline complex financial processes.
- Strong business acumen and analytical rigor to synthesize complex data, develop clear financial narratives, and present actionable insights to senior cross-functional leaders.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with a track record of successfully partnering with non-finance stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Sales Operations) to drive financial discipline and strategic alignment.
