Your mission
  • Be a reliable, trustful, proactive and insightful business partner to the Italian leadership team (Managing Director, Sales Directors, GoToMarket Directors..)
  • Pro-actively lead the Financial Planning and closing Process, in partnership with operational managers & leaders
  • Provide meaningful budgets and forecasts by being the go-to person when it comes to adjust our forecasting model, so that it stays adapted to our business and to operational teams and Management needs
  • Monitor forecast accuracy of the Italian Topline on a monthly basis. Analyze root causes of unexpected variances and lead continuous improvement effort of forecasting capability.
  • Track and analyze a set of operational KPIs on a periodic basis.
  • Prepare top quality presentations for both finance and non-finance people
  • Ad-hoc analysis as per management request
Your skills

You could be our next team mate if you: 

  • Have a Master's Degree in Finance (or equivalent) and at least 2/3 years of prior relevant experience. Experience in a B2B SaaS environment appreciated
  • Have strong analytical skills with a business-oriented profile along with good oral and written communication skills
  • Are autonomous, organized and methodical in finding solutions to problems
  • Are a team player, demonstrate agility and strong level of engagement
  • Have excellent command of Gsheet (or Excel) and Gslide (or PowerPoint) along with a good culture of modelling
  • You are fluent in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to transform the healthcare sector
