The Corporate FP&A team's mission is to help Deliveroo make more engaging decisions. We aim to build long-term company value, and we achieve this by setting company strategy, understanding the drivers of our business and delivering accurate financial results. You will be based in our London HQ office, where you will be required to work in the office 3-days a week.

 

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning: Assistance in coordination of the annual planning process, regular re-forecasting activities and understanding and influencing the causes of performance
  • Reporting: Drive several aspects of management reporting, including monthly Exec reporting & headcount reporting, making sure that there is consistency in outputs and conclusions. Maintaining rolling forecasts, working with Finance & Strategy Partners to understand the ongoing story in each country/function
  • Analysis: Provide proactive, insightful, high-quality analysis to support decision-making, in the context of wider business implications, which can be translated into comprehensive materials/commentary for senior partners
  • Business partnering: Full ownership of budgeting/reporting/interaction with HQ functions and forecasting elements of OPEX for the whole Company, including headcount

 

Requirements:

  • Able to identify problems and enact next steps required to solve them
  • Ability to ask the right questions, and correctly understand the information received is essential
  • You will need to be (ACA, ACCA OR CA) qualified and have good technical accounting experience
  • Relevant industry or startup experience.
