Frontend Developer

We are searching for a visionary Principal Frontend Developer to lead the development of cutting-edge web applications and set the standard for frontend excellence across the company. You will be instrumental in shaping our UI strategy and guiding the team to achieve technical and product milestones. 

What you’ll do:

• Architect and implement the UI for large-scale, high-performance web applications. 
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team. 
• Define and enforce best practices in coding, architecture, and system design. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business goals with technical strategy. 
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and frameworks to improve efficiency. 
• Monitor production systems, resolve critical issues, and ensure system reliability. 

Who you are:

• 8+ years of experience in frontend development, with a proven track record of success in large-scale projects. 
• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React. 
• Comprehensive knowledge of web architecture, performance optimization, and scalability. 
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills. 
• Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in the fintech industry or SaaS products.
• Proficiency with advanced tooling like NX, Context API, and Styled Components.
• Exposure to full-stack development and server-side technologies.
