The team:

The Studio Components team at Celonis builds the front-end experience for our low-code development environment, Studio. We are the team that distills extremely diverse customer needs into a configurable and powerful set of app building blocks. We serve thousands of customers across dozens of industries, providing everyone a toolkit to build custom analytical and execution apps built on top of Celonis’ process mining technology. Our team focuses on constant improvement of the development experience, expanding the functionality we offer while ensuring apps built with Studio perform and scale to anything our users can imagine.

 

The role:

As a Software Engineer on the Core Components team, you will bring your expertise in front-end engineering to our innovative projects and continuously evolving concepts. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technology, stay on top of trends, and drive projects with an ever-increasing degree of independence. This is a unique opportunity for talented engineers to push their boundaries and think big. 

The work you’ll do

  • Design and implement new user-facing features, visual components, and performant and scalable front-end infrastructure
  • Write clean, understandable, and testable code
  • Provide feedback on the designs and code of peers 
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Document development procedures, concepts and knowledge
  • Build, launch, and maintain features in production
  • Help define a fun and inclusive engineering culture  

The qualifications you’ll typically need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience in front-end development, e.g. Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS
  • Knowledge of server development, e.g. Java, NodeJS, Python
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion and motivation to learn and grow as a software engineer
