Frontend Tracking Engineer (Entry Level)
We’re looking for a Junior Frontend Developer who’s eager to take a unique path in their tech career — one that blends frontend coding with data, analytics, and user behavior tracking.
This is not a traditional frontend role. You won’t be building interfaces or working on visual components. Instead, you’ll apply your JavaScript knowledge to help implement and manage our data tracking setup, ensuring we understand how users interact with our platforms across multiple brands and markets.
No prior experience with tracking tools? No problem — we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
If you're passionate about frontend development and curious about how data drives decision-making, this is your chance to grow into a niche that’s highly valued and increasingly in demand.
Your key responsibilities:-
Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support and implement tracking solutions
-
Work with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics (GA) (training provided!)
-
Collaborate with marketing and frontend teams to track user behavior across domains
-
Help ensure accurate data collection, event timing, and cross-domain attribution
-
Learn how to debug tracking issues using browser tools and developer consoles
-
Develop a strong understanding of cookies, events, and analytics logic
Requirements:
-
Strong foundation in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
-
Willingness and curiosity to learn GTM, GA, and analytics best practices
-
A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
-
Basic understanding of how frontend and backend interact (APIs, events, etc.)
-
Interest in how data is used to improve products and user experience
-
Great communication and teamwork skills
-
Exposure to Google Tag Manager or other tag management systems
-
Any experience with data tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
-
Understanding of cookies, browser storage, or tracking concepts
Why join us?
-
Full training and mentorship — no analytics background required
-
Opportunity to specialize in a high-impact, in-demand area
-
International team and inclusive culture
-
Room to grow into more advanced data or technical roles
-
Work on products used by millions of users across global markets
