Frontline PS Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer (L1) on the Global Technical Support team in our Gurugram Office, you’ll play a vital role in troubleshooting real-world client issues, learning continuously, and ensuring a seamless experience for Taboola’s publisher partners.You’ll work closely with experienced support engineers, cross-functional teams, and global stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for Taboola’s publisher partners. This role provides hands-on exposure to Taboola’s proprietary systems, web technologies, and industry-standard monitoring and analytics tools.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- 1–2 years of experience in a technical support or customer-facing engineering role
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL
- Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools like Kusto, Grafana, BigQuery, or Google Analytics is a strong plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving mindset
Bonus points if you have:
- Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously in a high-pressure environment
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as part of a global 24x7 support model
How you’ll make an impact:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by publishers across Taboola’s ad-serving stack, integrations, and reporting systems
- Debug front-end code issues using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and related technologies
- Handle daily support tickets, investigate performance alerts, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D, Product, and other internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical problems
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps in internal systems
- Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to continually improve expertise and processes
