  • Service Integration: You integrate services like Salesforce, SAP, Stripe, and other internal and external systems, ensuring seamless functionality across platforms
  • UI Development: You maintain and develop the UI components of our internal tools using React and TypeScript, delivering intuitive and robust user interfaces
  • Troubleshooting: You troubleshoot and reproduce user-reported issues, often dealing with external data sources to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction
  • Business Analysis: You engage in discovery and communication processes to understand user complaints and requirements, translating them into actionable solutions
  • Security Practices: You contribute to and follow security practices diligently, including input validation and output encoding to maintain the highest standards of data protection
  • Ticket Resolution: You collaborate with the team to address service desk tickets, resolving issues efficiently and maintaining strong dependencies management

Your fitness level

  • Professional Experience: You are a professional Software Engineer (m/f/d) with at least 4 years of experience, who can write clean and effective code
  • Technical Experience: You have experience with Java, Azure, GCP, React, and TypeScript (a plus but not mandatory)
  • Problem-Solving: You possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, allowing you to tackle complex technical challenges effectively
  • Communication: You have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates
  • Continuous Learning: You are eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges, demonstrating a proactive approach to continuous improvement
  • Team Orientation: You are team-oriented, focusing on clear guidelines and collaborative success, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Your training goal for your first 6 months

  • Ownership: You take ownership of the work you do, you are able to understand its architecture and deliver on product requirements and features as well as improving testability and functionality 
  • EGYM Ecosystem Familiarization: You familiarize yourself with the EGYM ecosystem and the role of the different teams in the software engineering department
  • Team Fit: You blend with the team and the company culture
  • Codebase: You are comfortable working with our codebase
