YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As a Fullstack Engineer, you’ll play a key role in Voi’s continued growth and success. Our web applications are built using React and Typescript while our platform is based on microservices written in Golang. We work with greenfield development, offering plenty of opportunities to have an impact on our future product. To put it into specifics, this is what you’ll be working on:

• Build and design scalable and reliable backend and frontend in our Fleet Management team
• Work closely with peer teams (data, mobile, IoT, design, ML, product), and business partners (Fleet Managers, Fleet Specialists, and logistics)
• Large scale data processing to understand user behavior and help define new product features
• Be creative and drive new ideas regarding architecture, tools, products and languages

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

At Voi, get ready to face some exciting challenges regularly. As we navigate uncharted territory, possessing a well-demonstrated problem-solving ability will be an invaluable asset to guide you on your journey. To have the best start with us at Voi, we believe you have:

• Experience in Frontend and Backend engineering with an emphasis on the latter.
• Experience in React including state management with Redux or similar
• Experience in using Golang
• Good communication skills and see collaboration as a key to success
• Used to work with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS or Azure)
• Experience in building systems with microservices architecture
• Experience of working in diverse and cross functional teams towards a common goal
