• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in management roles, preferably in the IT consulting industry

• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in process mining software implementation is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel as needed
