The Global Audience Manager supports paid marketing audience and ad progression initiatives across global markets. This role focuses on executing audience segmentation, campaign implementation, and operational coordination, helping ensure audiences and paid media activations are efficiently executed across channels while working closely with internal teams and product partners.

The individual contributes to:
  • Effective execution of audience strategies across paid marketing channels
  • Coordination of audience and ad progression activities with channel owners and Product Team
  • Support in driving scalable customer acquisition and performance optimizations
  • Operational alignment and knowledge sharing across markets
Key Responsibilities: 1. Paid Audience Execution & Support
  • Assist in applying audience segmentation strategies (targeting, exclusion, lookalikes, and personalization) across paid marketing channels, under guidance from senior stakeholder leads.
  • Build and activate audiences using the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and ensure correct implementation across paid platforms.
  • Support identification of cross-brand audience opportunities and collaborate with channel and platform teams to implement them.
  • Work with Marketing Analytics to review audience performance and support continuous improvements based on insights.
  • Help optimize established channels and assist in testing and scaling new audience tactics.
  • Share paid audience insights with related teams to help inform full funnel personalization efforts.
2. Ad Progression & Operational Coordination
  • Support execution of Ad Progression activities by coordinating between marketing, product, and AdTech/HelloTech teams to align audiences and progression plans across paid channels.
  • Assist in implementing ad progression experiments and audience variations across campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and funnel logic.
  • Help track and report on ad progression performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior managers.
  • Coordinate operational tasks related to audience setups and progression implementations to ensure smooth campaign execution.
3. Technical Foundation & Data Management
  • Translate audience and ad progression requirements for AdTech and technical infrastructure teams, working with Product and HelloTech to support implementation.
  • Support documentation of hypotheses, metrics and evaluation criteria for improving data match rates and campaign performance.
  • Work with internal tooling and data systems to support audience generation and activation workflows.
3. Stakeholder Management & Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Act as a point of contact for operational audience work across paid marketing channels and local markets, fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Support collaboration with CRM, product, analytics, and legal teams to find shared opportunities and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with local teams to help implement audience use cases and share best practice learnings across markets (including the US).
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment with cross-functional marketing initiatives.

Typical Experience & Skills (Requirements)
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid marketing, audience management, ad progression, or related operational roles — ideally within digital or data-driven marketing environments.
  • Experience working with audience segmentation tools, customer data platforms, and paid media activation workflows.
  • Strong execution skills with a demonstrated ability to implement and coordinate audience and ad progression tasks across channels.
  • Good analytical mindset with the ability to support data-driven decisions and performance reporting.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, AdTech/HelloTech, analytics) and global stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field preferred.
