Role summary

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-savvy Global Banking Operations Knowledge & Enablement Associate to join our Banking Operations team in our New York, NY office. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating scalable infrastructure for global knowledge management and training programs that empower high-performing teams across APAC, EMEA, and the US.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the knowledge management lead for Global Banking Operations, responsible for developing, organizing, and maintaining all operational documentation, including SOPs, internal guides, and process documentation.
  • Manage and optimize team SharePoint sites, Confluence pages, and knowledge base libraries to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
  • Own the onboarding experience for new hires within the Banking Operations team globally; create and maintain training curricula, track completion, and continuously improve onboarding materials.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to create and update documentation, team presentations, process maps, and operational collateral.
  • Develop and maintain a structured calendar for recurring training programs, knowledge-sharing sessions, and documentation reviews.
  • Ensure consistency and brand alignment in all department slide decks, communication materials, and internal documentation.
  • Support readiness and change management initiatives related to system implementations, process rollouts, and team enablement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Learning & Development, Compliance, Product, and Engineering teams to coordinate knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of experience in a knowledge management, operations enablement, learning & development, or business support function; prior experience in fintech, banking operations, or global teams is a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of SharePoint, and documentation management systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Jira, Monday Etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly and concisely for a global, multicultural audience.
  • Passion for building structure, streamlining information flows, and enabling teams to work smarter and faster.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
  • Team-oriented, positive, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.

The annual base salary range for this position is: $70,000 - $90,000.
