About the Role

The Global Content Distribution Coordinator plays a crucial role in our team, contributing to diverse projects that support our global content distribution efforts. Reporting directly to the VP of Global Content Distribution, you will collaborate with team members to achieve our objectives while engaging with multiple stakeholders to drive effective content distribution strategies.

• You will work within the dynamic Global Content Distribution (GCD) team to complete various projects.
• You will establish and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and help achieve GCD objectives.
• You will manage routine deliverables and deadlines for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient content distribution processes.
• You will oversee internal processes to guarantee compliance with content owners' guidelines, approval procedures, and other reporting requirements, ensuring seamless operations.
• You will help develop presentations aimed at effectively communicating ideas and concepts to diverse partners, thereby facilitating agreement and support.

About You

• 3+ years' work experience in the streaming/media/television or a related industry
• You run multiple work streams simultaneously, and can support a global and diverse team across multiple complex projects, working on a broad variety of tasks
• You have a high degree of fluency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce
• You have a service-driven, and collaborative approach to identifying, creating, and responding to opportunities, love to help and exude team spirit
• You are familiar with anime, manga, Japanese pop culture
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
