About the role

Data Management, tracking and reporting:

  • Update new sales information to ensure accurate records.
  • Monitor approval forms, delivery notices, contracts, and related documentation in the Global Content Distribution system.
  • Manage historical and new sales data in SalesForce.
  • Generate detailed reports on the status of active deals, recap summaries, and content availability.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness in royalty-related records.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure the contractual and delivery matters are aligned.
  • Manage internal processes to ensure compliance with content owners' guidelines, approvals processes, and other reporting requirements.
  • Help create presentations to sell through ideas and concepts to a range of partners.

In the role ofContent Distribution Coordinator EMEA, you will report to the Content Distribution Manager. The position is temporary, with a duration of 6 months.

About You

  • Proficiency in data management and tracking tools (knowledge of Salesforce).

  • Ability to multi-task and support a diverse team across multiple complex projects.
  • Basic proficiency with office software tools (Salesforce, Google Workspace).
  • Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment, working on a broad variety of tasks.

  • Knowledge of and a passion for anime, manga and Japanese pop culture.
