Opportunity Statement

Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, the Global Digital Marketing Intern will support in the creation, implementation, and reporting of digital marketing campaigns. 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Digital Marketing Campaigns: (40%)

  • Support teams to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives, including but not limited to:
    • Paid campaign development and execution - paid social, SEM, display
    • Assist with email campaigns and landing pages
    • Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Coordinate requests for creative assets between the digital marketing and design team
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks & ad hoc projects
  • Consistently review our website and landing pages for quality assurance
  • Assist leadership and management with the preparation of presentations and reports

 

Digital Marketing Reporting (60%)

  • Maintaining weekly and monthly reporting processes, including but not limited to:
    • Digital dashboards - manual and automated - for digital channel performance
    • Website analytics
    • Budget tracking and reporting for campaign as spend
    • Digital pl 
  • Support leadership/management for report-outs for Global presentations
  • Further develop skills to analyze campaign level data to provide reports, benchmarks and optimizations against KPIs and summarize

Preferred Education / Experience

 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or recent graduate)
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools
  • Comfortable managing various tools, platforms, and processes
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills in English, French/German/Italian is a plus
  • Familiarity with: HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads & Google Ads
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace 
  • Passionate, curious about marketing best practices, self-starter
  • Ability to prioritize and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Google Analytics and HubSpot certification preferred
