YOUR MISSION

We are seeking a Google Ads / DV360/Programmatic expert to help us support the online branding video manager with online video branding campaign set up and execution across our markets globally from our HQ in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Google Ads, DV360/Programmatic and Google Analytics etc.

Your primary responsibilities will be setting up, executing and reporting online video branding campaigns aligned to overall marketing objectives while maintaining the Google Ad accounts of our company and analyzing the results to identify patterns and trends that can help us improve the efficiency and reporting.

THE JOURNEY

  • Set up all aspects of Google Ad campaigns globally for online video planning on Google Ad / DV360/Programmatic.
  • Support the global online video branding lead to create campaigns aligned to business and marketing objectives.
  • Focus on implementing the online video strategy in line with the set online video campaign parameters, owning campaign set up, tracking, optimization, and reporting.
  • Assist the global online video branding lead in implementing the annual brand lift strategy per market based on awareness goals and trends.
  • Collaborate closely across functions such as the top funnel media team, regional marketing leaders, data science, adtech, product & engineering, design & comms etc to improve media deployment efficiency.
  • Recommend marketing automation needs to improve business productivity and reporting.
  • Assist in budgeting/forecasting, vendor alignment, experimentation, short term execution and long term vision.
  • You will be hands-on to own the entire operations of the business with the support of your line manager.
  • You will report directly to the global online video marketing lead.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • At least 3+ years of work experience in Growth/marketing role (primarily working on Video campaigns) in a pure-play ecommerce or mobile marketplace (local, travel, hail riding, food delivery) with international experience
  • Highly technical, analytical and experimentation driven.
  • You live and breathe: Audience selection, bidding strategies, attribution (web and mobile), tracking, incrementality testing, different ad formats
  • You are comfortable in working with OKRs, tracking/ reporting on established performance marketing KPIs and turning insights into actions.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Fluent in English.
