The Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement team owns global onboarding, skill development and ongoing education for internal employees and our partner network for roles which touch the customer during the GTM lifecycle, from sales & pre-sales to delivery & account management. Our team thinks globally for scale, delivering learner-centric enablement experiences. These programs and services have a significant impact on our customers’ success and our bottom-line growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive Seller Effectiveness Program to empower our sales team to succeed. This program aims to provide our sellers with the tools, training, and resources they need to excel in their roles and meet our company’s growth objectives.

Things You'll Do
- Develop and execute a robust Seller Effectiveness Program that includes a structured curriculum for sales training and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Marketing, People and Program Management to identify training needs and develop initiatives that support sales growth.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand current sales challenges and success factors.
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and innovative training programs.
- Design, implement, and track the progress of various training modules and workshops, ensuring they are engaging and effective.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in from key stakeholders.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of the sales enablement programs through various metrics and KPIs, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in sales enablement and curriculum design.
What We're Looking For on Your Resume
- 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing support role (i.e., Technical Account Manager, Account Executive, Customer Success Manager) or in training and enablement
- Proven track record in designing and implementing effective training programs for sales teams in an ever-changing environment
- Excellent structured thinking, research, and synthesis skills to develop insightful and actionable training content.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous, shifting environments
- Bachelor’s degree.
