Global Head of Learning (x/f/m)

As the Global Head of Learning, you will be part of the People development & Culture team whose mission is to:
- Make culture a competitive advantage, to engage talents
- Drive change, for Doctolib to have impact and innovate
- Foster and produce an impactful learning & development experience
- Empower talents to perform (individually and collectively), grow and make an impact
Reporting to the People Development & Culture Senior Director, you will manage a team of 8+ talented learning & development program managers and work closely with key business stakeholders (think Tech or Sales) involved in the learning aspects of their respective department. As a growth enabler, you will also collaborate with the People Development and HRBP teams in France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands to establish a cohesive global approach to all people development initiatives, enabling us to collectively achieve our global OKRs.
What you’ll doYour responsibilities as our Global Head of Learning include but are not limited to:
1 - Learning Strategy and Culture (20%)
- Keep making learning a competitive advantage and lever for talent attraction and retention by building a robust employee learning and development ecosystem
- Empower, upskill and influence the “learning community” within the business to foster a greater sense of learning autonomy and ownership across the company
- Make links with moments that matter across our employees’ lifecycle such as;
- onboarding (whether from outside or from another Doctolib team), for which learning is a powerful means of reducing time to mastery
- individual development objectives, for which learning is often an enabler
- career prospects, which are often the ultimate goal of learning for employees
- Facilitate the integration of learning into the daily workflows of Doctolibers
- Centralize a learning roadmap (both on “Doctolib fundamentals” and on the main “team specific” programs) and define and track KPIs to measure your impact
2 - Learning innovation, capabilities and operations (20%)
- Define, maintain, continuously improve the learning and knowledge management infrastructure & tools
- Manage internal processes on Learning (content creation, vendor management, feedback)
- Ensure easy access to relevant, up-to date, qualitative learning opportunities
- Offer expertise in learning design to support business stakeholders in delivering high-quality ad hoc learning initiatives
- Provide a support line to employees to close the feedback loop
- Facilitate access to real-time insights and actionable data through dashboards, to make informed decisions
3 - Continuous learning programs design and delivery, learning advisory (40%)
- Design, deliver, and measure impact of learning programs such as;
- “Customer centricity”, for client-facing teams, esp. in France
- Tech & product (globally) - 4 programs are currently being built
- The Fundamentals program (learning offer for all Doctolibers), from conceptualization to implementation and maintenance
- Cross-team learning programs (eg: Project Management)
- Support growth, change and business needs through learning ; anchor learning reflex within business teams
- Present the learning offer in a clear and tangible manner, ensuring internal users can easily comprehend and apply it
- Establish your team as the primary resource for supporting incoming learning requests, qualifying their needs, and providing suitable learning solutions when relevant
- Engage with stakeholders to gather insights for continuous improvement
- Advocate for a comprehensive and cohesive learning experience on team-level
- Work closely with HRBPs to make it all happen
4 - Team & stakeholders management (20%)
- Manage a team of learning designers, tools & operations partners and program managers
- Conduct change management and adoption with our stakeholders ; run projects with business stakeholders at all levels of the hierarchy

- Managing and developing a team
- Working on change management projects with business stakeholders across all levels of the organizational hierarchy
- Leading large scale projects from A to Z across multiple countries with a consultative, yet hands-on approach (as a consultant, a product manager, a learning/HR professional …)
- Measuring and acting on the impact of your delivery through facts and KPIs
- Learning design and delivery with a track record of truly changing learners behaviors and delivering high levels of satisfaction
