Global HR Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:Onboarding & Offboarding:

Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes in line with defined SLAs

Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth transitions

Trigger communication workflows and ensure proper documentation and compliance
Employee Helpdesk Management:

Address and resolve HR-related queries promptly and empathetically

Collaborate with payroll, legal, and tech teams for issue resolution

Maintain accurate documentation and logs for audits and process improvements
Compliance & Labor Law Adherence:

Stay informed on labor laws and statutory regulations in assigned countries

Ensure HR processes and documentation meet local compliance standards

Partner with legal teams to roll out policy updates when required
SLA Monitoring & Reporting:

Monitor SLAs for onboarding/offboarding and employee helpdesk tickets

Generate regular reports (weekly/monthly) on operational metrics and resolution timelines

Identify process inefficiencies and recommend continuous improvement strategies

2–4 years of experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle management

Strong understanding of HR processes and local labor laws (MEA region experience is a plus)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment

Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar) is a plus
