As a Global Lead Manager, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations, spearheading our lead management efforts. Your responsibilities- Develop and implement lead management strategy to identify, qualify and prioritize leads
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion processes
- Utilize the CRM and other tools to track and analyze lead data, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
- Generate regular reports and metrics to measure the effectiveness of lead management efforts and inform decision-making
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the SDR team
- Proven experience in lead management, with 2-4 years in a related role
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams
- Strategic thinker with a result oriented mindset and a track record of driving business growth through lead management
