The roleWe’re looking to hire a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Global Revenue Operations function. This role will encompass end-to-end program management across the GTM funnel as well as day-to-day operational support. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to eliminate friction in the go-to-market (GTM), ensuring alignment across processes, technology, and strategies to accelerate revenue growth across our global GTM.

- Working on integrations and automation to reduce manual work for Sales and CS.
- Maintaining process documentation and governance frameworks
- Supporting sales & CS teams with planning and operational tasks
- Administration & enablement of key tools in our GTM tech stack
What excites us
- 2+ years of experience in GTM strategy and operations or similar
- Proficiency with core GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Chilipiper)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and adapt to shifting priorities
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to execute with minimal oversight
- A track record of delivering results in fast-moving environments
Base salary range: £37,760 - £56,640
Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role. Offers will take into account level of experience, interview assessment, budgets and parity between you and fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work.
