The Harry's working model is in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Our beautiful 70,000 square foot SoHo office is decked out with bagels on Wednesdays and lunch on Thursdays, and fully stocked kitchens with snacks, coffee, and drinks everyday. About the Team
Part of the Global Supply Chain at Harry's, Inc.,the Global Store Design team at Harry's, Inc. designs and delivers all store merchandising deployments for Harry's and Flamingo brands worldwide. The vertically integrated team of design and sourcing experts delivers best-in-class brand experiences to customers. The team drives brand success through innovation and brand impact. They are architects of impactful customer experiences, crafting spaces that drive sales and amplify brand awareness. The team sources high-quality partners and ensures timely, complete, and compliant product delivery to customers worldwide. They are committed to managing costs and optimizing processes, from design and development to manufacturing and delivery. Through continuous research, industry partnerships, and exploration of new materials and techniques, they remain at the forefront of innovation, shaping the future of in-store marketing and design.
About the Role
As a member of the Global Store Design Team, you will have the opportunity to visit suppliers from around the globe & co-own strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, production, and inventory strategy for In-Store Merchandising. You will work daily cross-functionally with teams in North America & Europe – including Brand Design, Retail, Distribution, Sales & Operations Planning, Finance, Sales & Marketing to manage and sustain programs, co-lead product launches at retail & set optimal supply chains.
What you will accomplish
- Develop supply chain strategies that will result in exceptionally high-quality products and cost savings that we can pass on to our customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Retail and Logistics, to execute store design projects with 100% on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery. Manage and own the sourcing and costing of in-store displays for multiple retailers and channels.
- Co-lead cross-functional projects and routinely present metrics, recommendations, and operational considerations to the senior team in New York to inform the company’s in-store strategy
- Lead negotiations with current & future suppliers to support our business objectives
- Deliver, with the support of the Sr. Director and COO on Inc. level matrix and initiatives.
- Align the operations strategy around sourcing and identify & qualify new suppliers
- Lead the current and future road map, aligning our vision of becoming a global, multi-channel company
This should describe you
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4-6 years of professional experience in an analytical, data-driven supply chain and/or operations role
- Prior experience in retail merchandising displays or packaging is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively to drive cross-functional consensus and results.
- Strong negotiator who understands multiple techniques and practices
- A self-starter with the ability to excel in a dynamic, ever-changing environment and to switch gears as required. Vigorous multitasker.

- Reporting to Sr. Director of Global Store Design,
- You’ll be working very closely with the Senior Manager of GSD Sourcing
- Working as part of the Global Store Design team.
- With Global Supply Chain, Design, Distribution, Retail, Finance, Quality, Legal, Sales & Operations.
- External partners (In-store merchandising suppliers and contract manufacturers)

That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $71,200-$97,900, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
