✅The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Global Strategic Account Director to oversee our trademark Search, Watch, and SaaS solutions, focusing on the management and growth of approximately 20-30 top global law firm accounts.
The ideal candidate will bring a strategic vision and a proven track record in client relationship management and revenue expansion within the IP or legal services industry.
✅Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth and account expansion goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key stakeholders at top global law firms.
- Understand the specific needs and business challenges of each account, offering tailored Corsearch solutions to enhance client success.
- Focusing on expanding into new locations offices of existing law firms.
- Lead quarterly business reviews with major clients to assess needs, value delivery, and opportunities for further partnership.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Marketing, Customer Service, and Legal, to ensure a cohesive and superior client experience.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring that our service delivery exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
- Identify Upsell & Expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to capitalize on these opportunities through innovative campaigns and offerings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and IP regulations to serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Report directly to the VP of Global Account Managment, providing regular updates on account status, challenges, and strategic opportunities.
✅Essential
- Minimum of 8 years of strategic account management or business development experience, specifically within the legal, IP, or related professional services industries.
- Experience and background in Enterprise level sales is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Strong understanding of trademark search, watch services, and SaaS platforms.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets and driving account growth.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to travel globally as required to meet business needs.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
