YOUR MISSION

We are looking for someone who will join our Supply Operations team and will be responsible for the development, maintenance and optimization of our Courier fleet.

THE JOURNEY

• Be in charge of Couriers fleet organization 
• Have responsibility for the recruitment and training of Glovers
• Upload new Couriers (Glovers) in our system, with all required documentation and information
• Be responsible for Glovers contracts and documentation
• Support Glovers with possible queries and FAQs
• Assure every Glover has every required material
• Analyse fleet's progress and develop reports to track and create improvements 
• Support the Operations Manager with fleets reports and metrics about the operations
• Report to the Operations Manager regarding the fleet

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Great people and leadership skills - you will be the person of reference for our Glovers Fleet :)
• Really good communications skills and customer service approach 
• Orientation to detail, proactivity and great organization skills
• Proficient Excel and Google Sheets knowledge
• Fluency in English and Polish

An analytical approach and ability to work in a dynamic environment
