What You’ll Do
As a Go-To-Market Engineer, you’ll be a key driver of operational excellence across Marketing and Sales Development. You will:
- Own and optimise our top-of-funnel tech stack — HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay and Salesloft — to enable automation, engagement scoring, and opportunity management.
- Manage account lifecycle processes (scoring, routing, handover to Sales) and ensure they align with our top-of-funnel strategy.
- Partner with the Marketing Director and Head of Sales Development on RevOps initiatives: target setting, performance measurement, and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain data integrity across marketing and CRM systems; lead clean-up, integration, and enrichment efforts.
- Prepare and run top-of-funnel performance meetings, ensuring insight-led decision making.
- Drive adoption of 6Sense and Clay for account-based marketing and intent-driven outbound activity.
- Build dashboards and reporting to track campaign performance, funnel health, and ROI.
- Support budget tracking and vendor management.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate workflows, and boost go-to-market productivity.
- Collaborate with wider RevOps and Commercial teams on projects to strengthen GTM processes end-to-end.
Who You Are
You combine technical expertise with commercial focus and thrive in a fast-moving environment. You bring:
- Commercial mindset: focus on ROI, efficiency, and enabling more of the right deals to close.
- Experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or revenue operations.
- Technical fluency with marketing automation (HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce), and intent data platforms (e.g. 6Sense) — plus eagerness to expand your toolkit.
- Analytical skills: comfort turning ambiguous data into structured insights.
- Process orientation: attention to detail and an understanding of how GTM processes connect.
- Collaboration: ability to partner with Marketing, Sales Development, Sales, and Product teams.
- Curiosity & problem-solving: resourcefulness, adaptability, and comfort iterating toward better
Nice to haves
- Hands-on experience with 6Sense, Clay, HubSpot, Salesloft, Salesforce
- SaaS, FinTech, or payments background
- SQL or Python for deeper data analysis
