Go-To-Market FR - Project Lead - Paris (x/f/m)
Doctolib is looking for a Go-to-Market Project Lead to join its Go-To-Market Strategy team in France.
What will be your key responsibilities?You will be in charge of delivering large strategic projects, with high impact on growth & satisfaction of the business france.
As an example, your first project will be to deliver the full GTM strategy for medical secretaries
- Build an in-depth understanding of the secretary market, including size, needs, competition, and trends
- Clarify the Product-Market-Fit of our current solutions for the medical secretaries, design the detailed value proposition and adapt Doctolib positioning
- Launch new products to enrich our product range for medical secretaries
- Define the partnership strategy (ex: with major secretaries schools, secretaries associations), to boost our product awareness
- Create a community of secretaries, to engage them and build a secretary brand
- Design the right sales, marketing and satisfaction plans, and work hand-in-hands with the right stakeholders internally to deliver those plans, and maximize the impact
- Design targets for each growth KPI to feed the annual Doctolib Strategic Plan; and monitor its achievement
Other large projects could include: GTM strategy for replacement doctors, Product Led Growth strategy for our Teleconsultation product, etc
Who are you?- You have 5 years of experience in consulting firm, GTM or fast-growth environment;
- You have a strong business acumen, embody the “start small, think big” and are not afraid to fail
- You have already designed & implemented large strategic projects at scale
- You are super structured, analytical and fact-based;
- You prioritize user experience above all. You know our solutions and like to work on Product;
- You are highly results/action-oriented with strong project management skills;
- You have strong interpersonal skills in order to federate & engage stakeholders within the company, including Top Management;
- You recognize yourself in the core Doctolib competencies: Grit, Result oriented, Team player
- You speak French and English fluently
