Duties & Responsibilities:
The Graphics Coordinator will play a crucial role within Lincoln International’s global Marketing team, focusing on the organization, management and maintenance of the firm’s templated design assets. This position will oversee the firm’s graphics libraries, including templated work for presentations, social media, deal graphics, bio slides, banker headshots and other branded materials. Working closely with colleagues across Brand, Content, and Digital teams, this role ensures that all assets adhere to Lincoln’s branding guidelines and are easily accessible for ongoing and future marketing initiatives.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and design skills, and a passion for managing creative resources to drive visual consistency. The Graphics Coordinator supports the firm’s business objectives by streamlining templated asset production, facilitating quick turnaround for marketing requests and maintaining a high standard of brand quality within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Asset Management
- Organize and maintain structured libraries for all creative assets, including tombstones, perspectives, banker photos, bio slides, and social media graphics.
- Ensure all graphics are saved in their correct folders and formatted according to Lincoln’s brand standards.
- Review tombstone requests and deal details; create accurate and on-brand graphics based on provided information.
- Collaborate with bankers to clarify missing or unclear inputs for deal graphics.
- Design and save bio slides for newly joined VPs and senior-level bankers, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Finalize and save deal graphics and bio slides in appropriate shared folders.
- Receive, format, and standardize new and updated banker headshots.
- Manage headshot photoshoots, including scheduling photographers, coordinating with staff, and organizing final images per internal guidelines.
Creative Work
- Set up templated graphics for event promotions, press mentions, deal highlights and perspectives.
- Create social media graphics and print-friendly PDF versions of newly published thought leadership articles, ensuring assets are ready for use across platforms.
- Deliver high-quality, clean, and on-brand PowerPoint designs for internal and external presentations.
Communication & Collaboration
- Maintain consistent communication with bankers and internal teams to ensure clarity, gather necessary inputs, and provide updates.
- Proactively manage project timelines, share status updates and work to prevent delays.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in creative marketing or project management in a business environment, ideally professional services.
- Experience in graphic editing and creation for digital media.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills required
- Ability to work on numerous concurrent projects
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, collaborative, and proactive attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Understanding of investment banking or financial services a plus.
- Project Management: Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to govern multiple simultaneous high-priority global programs and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
