YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As the Graphic Designer you will be a part of the Brand & Creative team and focus on designing and adapting high quality visual communication for all channels. In this role you’ll collaborate across the business and with external agencies to visualise creative concepts, provide input and feedback to other teams and ensure that the visual communication follows the Voi brand guidelines globally. This will include: 

• Designing and adapting various materials for print and digital advertisements
• Creating and adapting illustrations, animations and videos
• Designing templates, scalable assets and maintaining our brand portal (creative library)
• Supporting in the production and retouching of photos
• Collaborating with the Brand & Marketing team and external creative agencies in the development of creative concept and “translate” them into engaging visual assets
• Ensuring all deliverables are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Collaborating and supporting other teams to ensure the brand visual guidelines are followed, provide design input and feedback on design assets

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We are looking for a creative and solution oriented designer with an excellent attention to detail, the ability to collaborate and provide feedback across the organisation, and a willingness to continue to develop. In addition to being fluent in English, we believe the right person has: 

• A relevant education within designs
• A couple of years experience working with graphic design or visual communication at an agency or an in house agency
• Excellent knowledge of, and experience from working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• Experience in designing digital and print materials, illustrations, animation and editing videos
• Strong understanding of core design principles, sense of layout, visual hierarchy, and typography
• Ability to follow set brand visual guidelines and give design input to other teams
• Experience working with Figma or Frontify is a merit
• Openness and interest in continuing to develop and learn new design tools
