YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a highly strategic and structured thinker: you know how to structure, break down and analyze problems to solve them at their root. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driven by results: you are joining a highly dynamic, fast paced and rapidly evolving industry, you need to be comfortable taking difficult and ambiguous problems and turning them into real, implementable solutions at pace. You should be open to listening and learning, in an exciting and fast paced environment that gives everybody opportunities and responsibilities.

 

THE JOURNEY

  • Manage the creation and configuration of stores and pickers in our systems.
  • Optimize global picking solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify and implement improvements in our picking processes.
  • Support local teams across all Glovo countries with our picking software, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Innovate and refine processes to drive operational excellence

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large data sets.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders across different teams and countries.
  • SQL and coding abilities are a plus.
  • Team player mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
