We are currently looking for two Group Product Managers to join our team: one focused on Signing & Forms and one dedicated to Identity & Trust Services. These roles will help shape the future of our key product offerings, driving the development of impactful solutions for thousands of customers.

Our product organisation consists of Product Managers, Product Designers, Product Operations, and Product Marketing experts, all working collaboratively with cutting-edge tools like Productboard, Miro, and Pendo.io. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding product strategy and execution within your respective area.

The opportunity

We are seeking two strategic and visionary Group Product Managers to oversee the growth and evolution of our Signing & Forms and Identity & Trust Services portfolios while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

These roles, will:

• Lead product strategy: Define the vision and strategy for your product area, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business goals, and market trends.

• Drive delivery and outcomes: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and impactful delivery of product initiatives, driving measurable success.

• Champion customer and market insights: Continuously gather and analyze feedback from customers, competitors, and market data to shape the product roadmap and priorities.

• Define Go-To-Market excellence: Work with the commercial team to create compelling packaging, pricing, and GTM strategies, unlocking growth in key markets and verticals.

• Foster collaboration: Build strong partnerships with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of the roadmap.

• Build scalable solutions: Ensure your product area’s offerings are not only innovative but also scalable, reliable, and aligned with compliance standards.

What we’re looking for

To thrive as a Group Product Manager at Scrive, you should have:

• 5+ years in product management, including 2+ years in a leadership role managing Product Managers.

• Proven track record in SaaS or a regulated/high-compliance industry.

• Strategic thinking: Strong skills in defining product vision, strategic planning, and balancing short-term goals with long-term growth.

• Collaboration: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to align and influence diverse stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving: A proactive, scalable approach to ambiguity and challenges, with a focus on delivering results.

• Customer-Centricity: Deep understanding of user needs and the ability to translate them into actionable product opportunities.

🌟 Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with electronic signatures, digital identity, trust services, or workflow automation tools.

• Background in scaling products within a high-growth SaaS environment.

• Familiarity with compliance standards and regulated industries.
