About the jobThis position is needed to drive Growth Marketing and Lifecycle Programs for Twiio’s Communications business. The right candidate will support our Self Service function and report to our Director of Growth Marketing. In this role, you will help set program strategy to support your business unit, own and report out on OKRs, and create original campaigns as needed. The ideal candidate is agile, a skilled communicator, has strong people skills, and a history of driving Growth Marketing results with content.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you’ll:
- Design and execute strategic end-to-end campaigns that both engage and grow our Self-service customers.
- Plan and launch lifecycle marketing programs that focus on driving revenue and customer lifetime value through targeted retention, upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Develop and manage customer segmentation strategies to identify opportunities for growing our Self service customer spend based on customer behavior and preferences.
- Orchestrate engagement between Marketing, Product, Content and Sales to provide the customer with the right support at the right time in their journey.
- Create and implement customer journey maps to identify key touchpoints and opportunities for Growth.
- Develop and manage testing and optimization strategies to improve the effectiveness of Campaigns.
- Develop scalable, repeatable program methodologies that can be scaled both regionally and globally.
- Work with a team of Growth and lifecycle marketing managers to innovate on customer engagement.
- Act as an advocate for Twilio’s customers: you’ll wear the customers’ shoes and become a trusted partner, making sure we are always putting our customers first.

Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on Growth and lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently, and cross-functionally.
- Highly organized, with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of the customer journey and the ability to create content that resonates with target audiences at every stage of the funnel
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for and knowledge of Growth and lifecycle marketing trends .
Desired:
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making; experience in Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics is a plus.

This role will be remote, and based in the USA.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
- Based in Colorado: $92,800 to $116,000
- Based in New York, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $98,320 - $122,900
- Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $109,200 - $136,500
- This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
