The role

This role will be working within the Acquire and Activate team. Acquire and Activate work to bring GoCardless to more self-serve customers across all our markets. This means helping them discover the benefits of GoCardless to them and bringing them onto our platform. We have ambitious targets to hit in the coming year which you’ll help us achieve! 

We’re looking for an eager growth executive to work closely with the Director of Acquisition and Growth Manager within Acquire and Activate to drive acquisition. You’ll also be working cross-functionally with teams across GoCardless to achieve our goals. 

This role is perfect for someone with a bias for execution, experience across paid and organic channels who wants to move fast and make a difference. You’ll have the freedom and agency to experiment, test and learn across campaigns to drive impact across the business. 

What excites you 

  • Driving acquisition and volume: Being relentlessly focused on understanding and solving the customer problems which result in them using GoCardless as much as they can.
  • Experimentation and scaling: Understanding our core customers and finding creative ways to drive them through the funnel to become GoCardless customers. 
  • Data-led decision-making: Using quantitative and qualitative evidence to support your decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Seeing & communicating impact: Creating campaigns that move the needle and celebrating successes.

  • Delivery of impact: You know how to run campaigns that drive impact and are excited to bring that to GoCardless. 
  • Data-driven decision making: We want our growth team to be focussed on delivering valuable acquisitions at a defined cost. You’ll be able to analyse data and early indicators to understand which campaigns to scale and why.
  • High agency: You can distil insights and are excited to create & improve on campaigns using data you’ve gathered.
