Growth Marketing Manager

As our new Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving both profitable growth and unwavering customer retention. This role is for a highly agile, creative, and experimental marketer, ready to test, learn, and scale initiatives that truly resonate with our customers. You'll operate at the intersection of creative marketing and deep customer understanding, with a direct impact on our strategic expansion and customer loyalty. You'll report directly to the Marketing Director of HelloFresh US and work cross-functionally across marketing, product, and operations teams.
You will...
- Lead Innovative Growth Initiatives: Spearhead "hacky" and innovative marketing efforts to drive profitable growth. Partner closely with campaign managers to design and execute unique initiatives, including special partnerships and breakthrough incentives that expand our reach.
- Build & Optimize Retention Campaigns: Design and execute impactful retention campaigns, focusing on initiatives that genuinely matter to our customers. This includes identifying and testing small, high-impact changes to their experience, such as in-box gifts or personalized communications.
- Drive End-to-End Community Engagement: Own the strategy and execution of community engagement efforts, from initial customer onboarding to fostering long-term relationships. Collaborate with the actives management, organic social, and menu teams to develop initiatives that deeply engage customers with our product, brand, and community.
- Initiate Special Growth Projects: Identify and launch new opportunities for customer acquisition outside of our traditional marketing channels, leading special projects that expand our Total Addressable Market (TAM).

- Creative & Experimental Approach: You thrive on testing and learning with a "can-do-more-with-less" mindset, taking a creative and hacky approach to launch quick, iterative initiatives for rapid insights. You're comfortable rolling up your sleeves when resources are constrained and can leverage agencies efficiently.
- Strong Communication & Project Management: You translate strategic objectives into compelling marketing messages, effectively brief creative teams, and can write clear, engaging copy independently. You have a proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end, navigating and collaborating within a dynamic organizational structure.
- Data-Driven & Customer-Centric: You possess a strong capability to comprehend complex data, transforming it into actionable insights and meticulously tracking initiative performance to ensure reliable learning. You also have a deep understanding of customer needs and approach problems with empathy, driving improvements in the customer experience.
- Experience: 4-5 years in fast-paced environments, with a direct connection to marketing and a strong customer focus.
