Being responsible for rallying various partners in Australia and New Zealand behind that mission, the Senior Growth Manager for Revenue is a crucial role to scale growth efforts within one of the fastest-growing global food technology companies. You will…

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive outreach and account management strategy to drive partnership revenue and achieve activation and reactivation targets for assigned verticals, ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Identify key growth opportunities within our local and global partners network as well as scoping new key partnerships opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with internal teams and commercial partners. Understand their needs, objectives, and pain points, and provide tailored solutions. 
  • Proactively manage key partners through ongoing reporting, objective alignment and relationship building to ensure deep, ongoing collaboration and mutual value creation 
  • Prepare and negotiate partnership proposals and contracts, ensuring favourable terms and conditions as well as alignment with HelloFresh company goals and objectives
  • Oversee all aspects of campaign logistics, including campaign booking, logistics management and print production requirements
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for improvements. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to local and global senior management
  • Work closely with other growth channels, brand team, operations, legal and procurement teams to align sales efforts with overall HelloFresh company goals and ensure seamless campaign execution and fulfilment
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with relevant regulations and guidelines

You have…

  • 5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing (agency or in-house), Sales / Business Development; exposure in the subscription or SAAS space is a plus 
  • Proven ability to source, launch and expand successful partnerships with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong network in loyalty and/or retail sectors, with a proven partner portfolio, is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making and a structured way of working
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events

Start Date: Immediately available - flexibility to accommodate notice periods.

Duration: Permanent full time role. 

Location: Chippendale Head Office - Hybrid working model.
