The Growth Operations Manager is a key member of our regional marketing teams,  acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner across all marketing channels. Your primary goal is to 

drive operational excellence, support strategic decision-making, and maximize the impact of our marketing efforts in order to drive scalable growth. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Marketing Operations, you will collaborate closely with marketing leaders, build strong cross-functional relationships with our regional go-to-market teams to influence decisions and optimize marketing processes to maximize impact. 

The impact you will have:

  • Manage marketing goals and practices, drive strategies to enhance operational excellence ensure strategic alignment.
  • Support quarterly and annual marketing planning, and deliver technical capabilities, skills and resource capacities
  • Analyze the marketing funnel to identify risks and opportunities, and provide data-driven improvement recommendations
  • Oversee regional application of global programs, such as lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes to tailor solutions
  • Champion best practices in marketing technology utilization and enable the field on processes to drive performance
  • Equip marketing and operations with scalable skills and capabilities to drive efficiency and incremental pipeline growth
  • Maximize the usage of our marketing technologies and data assets to allow the evolution and growth of our demand-generation capabilities
  • Confidently lead, motivate and influence in a fast-paced environment

What we look for:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, operations or management consulting
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, channels and revenue models
  • Strong technical proficiency with marketing technology, automation, and analytics platforms
  • Experience in extracting, analyzing, and communicating performance metrics
  • Experience in driving measurable operational improvements and efficiencies in marketing and GTM processes
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams, partners and leaders
  • Experienced in working in a hyper-growth, high-velocity organization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across functions and levels. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
