In this role, you'll identify, prioritize, and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities across our growing product suite. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, analysts, and go-to-market stakeholders to build scalable systems, optimize pricing and packaging, and launch high-impact initiatives that increase ARPA and user value across our customer base.
Your Tasks- Develop and execute growth strategies for new product monetization, with a strong focus on cross-selling, upselling, and driving ARPA growth.
- Identify, design, and implement scalable product growth loops that generate sustainable user and revenue growth.
- Work with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to optimize user flows from our marketing website to product and purchase behaviour.
- Own the design and optimization of pricing pages, ensuring higher conversion rates through collaboration with Designers, Engineers, and Marketers.
- Experiment and iterate on monetization strategies, including feature packaging, dynamic pricing, and contextual upsell prompts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product experiences that maximize customer value while driving business impact.
- Analyze product and business data to identify growth opportunities, forming hypotheses and running structured experiments to validate them.
- Report on key performance metrics such as conversion rates, revenue per user, and cross-sell/upsell penetration, turning insights into actionable strategies.
- Align and influence stakeholders across the company to ensure cohesive execution of growth initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in driving growth through monetization strategies within a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
- A proven track record of scaling new products through growth loops, cross-sell and upsell strategies, and pricing optimization.
- Solid understanding of growth experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven development.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams.
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and growth opportunities with the ability to manage multiple growth initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, iterative environments with a proactive mindset.
